The Truck Union was initially processing everything manually, from creating a driver profile to the on-boarding process and assigning tasks to drivers. The team needed to create a platform that would allow them to track in real time the members, send/receive messages, track location dusing business hours, data saving (names, emails, phones, etc) and for them to be able to easily extract said information and details.
The Teamsters team wanted to provide an interative and engaging system to collaborate with their members.
Creating a Mobile Application through which the communication gap between union members and Teamsters was bridged. Offering different languages for the end user and a real time member tracking system, providing 70% increased efficiency in issue resolution.
The custom created solution was based on Flutter, a cross platform technology that allowed us to reuse 80%+ of the code base for development in iOS & Android. This meant a 60% faster time-to-market.
